At the beginning of each day, the title clerk will run a query in Reflections or ERALink and download all deals from F&I in 'completed' status. Thus the title clerk's computer will have all the information needed to process their deals, print forms, and even generate transmittals. The information is accessed by using the deal number, eliminating nearly 99% of the typing to complete a transaction.

We provide the Reynolds Query, or ADP English Statement to donwload the information to the title clerk's workstation. Some system administrators at dealerships have even scheduled the download as an automatic process and eliminated the title clerk from have to run a daily manual download.
